INTRODUCTION


Welcome to the Crossroads312.com Website.  The Crossroads 312 project is located on NYS Route 312 in the Town of Southeast, Putnam County, New York.  The Crossroads 312 project is currently under review by the Town of Southeast, NY. 


To review the current submission of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), please see the tab above.  The posted DEIS was revised and resubmitted on January 10, 2013 for review by the Town of Southeast Town Board.

The following note is from the Town of Southeast Town Planner:


Please note that this document has been prepared by Crossroads 312 and its consultants.   It has been submitted to the Southeast Town Board, acting as Lead Agency under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, for a determination that the DEIS is "adequate with respect to its scope and content for the purposes of commencing public review" (6NYCRR 617.9(a)(2)).  A determination of adequacy (or "completeness"), once granted, does not express, either implicitly or explicitly, any agreement by the Lead Agency as to the interpretations or conclusions drawn by Crossroads 312 and its consultants, or resolution of any issues presented in the DEIS.  The Southeast Town Board is not solicting public comments on this preliminary DEIS at this time.
