Please note that this document has been prepared by Crossroads 312 and its consultants. It has been submitted to the Southeast Town Board, acting as Lead Agency under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, for a determination that the DEIS is "adequate with respect to its scope and content for the purposes of commencing public review" (6NYCRR 617.9(a)(2)). A determination of adequacy (or "completeness"), once granted, does not express, either implicitly or explicitly, any agreement by the Lead Agency as to the interpretations or conclusions drawn by Crossroads 312 and its consultants, or resolution of any issues presented in the DEIS. The Southeast Town Board is not solicting public comments on this preliminary DEIS at this time.

The files attached to this page are presented by Chapter, in the order as found in the pDEIS(to date), and include the maps and illustrations included in each chapter (unless otherwise noted in the file name). Some chapters may have multiple files due to the size of the file or number of maps.
